You will notice on your October bill that your last month’s payment is not reflected in “Total Amount Due” balance.

  It was a bill processing error and the correct amount due is the “Current Charges” . 

Online recurring payment customer's will not receive a past due fee for their September payment that is not reflected on their bill.
